The Food Network's show "Chopped," pits chefs against one another to determine the best dishes they can create with a random box of ingredients. In this session, we will explore the underlying strategies incorporated in Chopped and how we can incorporate its structure into ongoing Professional Learning sessions. Additionally, we will participate in a virtual "chopped" session incorporating various Ed. Tech. tools. We you will be able to blend in Ed. Tech.? Or will you get Chopped?
